The ‘Breathing Energiser’ event is a unique team energiser activity that offers respite and a ‘time out’ from the conference schedule. The meditation and breathing exercises are a great way to lower the pulse and switch the context. It’s amazing what 45 minutes of relaxation can do for clarity, productivity and focus.


How does the ‘Breathing Energiser’ work?

The ‘Breathing Energiser’ event is an ideal event for large teams attending a conference who want to the opportunity to be energised and breakout from the conference experience to learn how their breathing can dramatically improve how they feel and think. The format is involves our Wim Hof expert guiding your team through 45 minutes of breathing and meditate leaving them refreshed and alert for the remainder of the day.
You’ll learn how to:

  • Improve your focus and determination, helping you explore and eventually master your body and mind
