Corporate Treasure Hunt | Dún Laoghaire, Dublin
The concept
Event Square created a six-zone outdoor treasure hunt designed specifically around Dún Laoghaire, using the harbour, parks, town centre and maritime landmarks as part of the experience.
The route
The experience moves through the LexIcon and Moran Park, the East Pier area, People’s Park, George’s Street, Marine Road and the maritime quarter, finishing around Clarinda Park. The route was deliberately designed to avoid sending groups the full length of the East Pier.
How the challenge works
Teams solve location-based clues and observation challenges using real landmarks, public art, plaques and local features. Passport-style stamp points add progression without turning the event into a screen-heavy app experience.
The result
A locally grounded, low-tech corporate treasure hunt that encourages teams to explore Dún Laoghaire rather than simply pass through it.
