Your programme

A longer stay, designed with breathing room.

The sample below is based around Dublin and Wicklow. For a coastal or regional route, including the west of Ireland, we adapt overnight stops and travel time rather than adding long journeys to a Dublin day trip.

Sample itinerary

A starting point for your itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Dublin

Airport movement, hotel check-in and a light city orientation, followed by a welcome reception or dinner.

Day 2

City culture & shared experiences

Combine meeting time if needed with a city challenge or Irish cultural experience. Leave space before a private dinner or evening entertainment.

Day 3

Wicklow landscape day

Plan a Glendalough or estate experience, with a guided walk or group activity and hospitality. Return to Dublin or stay in Wicklow, depending on the route.

Day 4

A choice day for different interests

Discuss golf, heritage, food, wellness or a lighter cultural programme. Parallel options allow guests to enjoy different experiences before reuniting for dinner.

Day 5

A final Irish moment & departure

A relaxed city or cultural element, farewell lunch if timings allow, and onward transfers planned around flight departures.
