How much does corporate team building cost in Ireland?
Pricing depends on the activity, group size, duration, venue, staffing and any extras such as transport, catering or entertainment. What information do you need to prepare a quote?
The most useful details are your company or organisation, preferred date, estimated group size, location, approximate budget and what you want the event to achieve. You can send those details through our event enquiry form.
How far in advance should we book?
Earlier is better for large groups, popular dates, Christmas events and programmes that need venue sourcing or transport. Smaller or simpler events can sometimes be arranged at shorter notice. Send us your preferred date and we will confirm what is realistic.
How long does a team building event usually last?
It depends on the format. Some activities work as short conference or social sessions, while others run for several hours or form part of a full company day. We tailor the timetable around your venue, travel time and business schedule.

Yes. We match the activity format to the group. Yes. Event Square is a mobile events company, so many experiences can be delivered at your chosen office, hotel or venue where the space is suitable. We will confirm the practical requirements before booking.
Can Event Square help us find a venue?

Indoor, outdoor and weather
Can team building be run indoors?
Yes. Event Square has indoor formats for offices, hotels and conference venues, including quizzes, team challenges, Murder Mystery and other facilitated experiences. The best option depends on your space, numbers and objectives.
What happens if the weather is bad?
That depends on the activity and venue. Some programmes can move indoors or be adapted, while others need suitable outdoor conditions. For weather-sensitive events we will discuss the practical options and contingency plan before the day.
Can we combine indoor and outdoor activities?
Yes. A mixed programme can work well for company away days and larger events, particularly where the venue has both meeting space and outdoor grounds.
Accessibility and participation
Can activities be adapted for different fitness levels or accessibility needs?
Often, yes. The important thing is to tell us about accessibility requirements, mobility considerations or other participation needs early in the planning process. We can then recommend appropriate activities, venues and formats rather than assuming one programme suits everyone.
