Graduate Onboarding & Team Development in Ireland
Graduate Grow is Event Square’s experiential graduate onboarding and team development programme for organisations that want new hires to connect quickly, communicate well and understand how high-performing teams work.
Delivered in Dublin, Wicklow and at suitable venues throughout Ireland, the programme can run from approximately three hours to a full day and is tailored to your organisation, graduate cohort and learning objectives.

How does Graduate Grow work?
Participants work in teams through a series of practical, physical, mental and problem-solving challenges. Each task creates a real team situation where people must plan, communicate, test ideas, make decisions and adapt under time pressure.
Activities are followed by structured reviews so participants can identify what worked, what did not, and how those lessons apply back in the workplace. Where required, Event Square can integrate the day with a professional facilitator for deeper leadership, team development or behavioural learning.

Sample activities can include challenges such as Towers of Hanoi, Minefield, Sheep & Shepherd, construction tasks, navigation challenges and collaborative problem-solving exercises. The exact mix is selected around the venue, group profile and desired learning outcomes.
