Big Picture: Collaborative mural painting for teams
Big Picture divides participants into small groups, each painting one part of a larger image. Together, teams coordinate colours and lines. Finally, we bring the separate sections together to reveal the finished artwork.
How does the Big Picture work?
First, participants form small groups. Each group paints one portion of a larger artwork. However, teams do not know what the final image will be.
To succeed, they must talk to one another and match the colours and lines across each section. Meanwhile, every group has its own part to finish.
Once all segments are ready, we reveal the full picture. Then, teams can celebrate their shared achievement. Afterwards, the finished artwork can go on display in your office as a reminder of working together.
