How does the Family Fun Day work?
The Family Fun Day is a relaxed affair and allows people to bond in a friendly, fun, family setting. Families can choose to drop in and out of a range of activities and energetic, lively outdoor games while the BBQ is getting ready before coming together for a fun family friendly group finale event.
Zones & Sample activities include:
- Target Zone: Shooting activities suitable for all ages (sample activity – Archery)
- Garden Party Zone: This zone is filled with great garden party activities. (sample activity – Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Croquet, Badminton, Boules)
- Toddler Zone: The hangout for the younger troupe! (sample activity – Face Painting, Creative Area (colouring, toys books for young kids), Plush Toys and Bottle rocket
- Kart Zone: Pedal Kart Formula 1 Fun. (sample activity – Pedal Karts)
- Inflatable Zone: (sample activity – Bouncing Castle, Human Table Football, Bungee run, Inflatable Obstacle Course, Inflatable climbing wall)
- Finale Event: Bring the whole group together for a spectacular grand finale (sample activity – Old School Sports Day – Egg & Spoon race, Sack Race, 3-Legged Race, Skipping Race, Tug of war)
Experiences available at extra cost include:
- A base event and price is offered but extra elements that need to be hired in such as mobile climbing walls will incur an extra fee
- DJ and music hire is extra
- Carnival Stalls
- Extra Event Entertainers Interaction such as Face painters, Magicians, Clown Balloon Modellers, Stilt Walkers, Magicians, Meet & Greet Characters, Caricaturist Mobile Zoo, Falconry etc
- Marquees & Event Furniture Hire. As well as marquees we provide event furniture tables, chairs, picnic tables plus many many more.
- Event Theming From Archways, to props to balloons plus more

- Inflatable zone included but budget and number of attendees determine quantity/type of inflatables on offer (Basic event under 60 includes – Bouncing Castle + Bungee run + Inflatable Spider Marquee)

What is not included?
- BBQ, Food & Beverages are an extra cost. We can organise this for you through the chosen venue. We have numerous mobile catering partners who will provide the perfect catering solution for your event. We also can provide options for carnival food like ice cream vans, candy floss, popcorn, etc.
- Transport to and from the venue but we can organise this for you
