76 guests plus two tour leaders, organised into ten pre-arranged teams.

Programme

Private BBQ lunch, refreshments, activity briefing, team rotations and a group finale.

Setting

A private indoor base supported briefing, team organisation and the weather contingency.

Planning & delivery

How the programme was shaped

Programme design

A varied afternoon challenge

Archery, axe throwing, Irish-themed games, climbing/zip elements and treasure-hunt tasks provided variety. A tug-of-war finale, scoring, medals and prize giving brought the teams back together.

Operations

Coordination around the itinerary

Event Square worked with the venue and agency on contracts and deposits, risk documentation, staffing, briefing arrangements, group numbers, refreshments and weather monitoring.

Language support

A clear experience for French-speaking guests

The agency arranged translation support for activity briefings and station instructions. This was part of the working plan for the international group.
