Create a relaxed summer event where colleagues could mix naturally, take part in activities at their own pace and enjoy a strong sense of occasion without the day feeling over-programmed.
What Event Square delivered
The event environment combined branded Event Square activity zones, large-format lawn games and outdoor entertainment. The layout allowed guests to move between social spaces and games rather than queue for one single activity.
The experience
Large-format Connect Four, giant chess and other outdoor games created visual focal points across the event space, while the wider set-up supported a casual summer-party atmosphere.
