The brief
Deliver a festive employee family experience combining children’s entertainment, food, Santa and photo moments within a tightly timed afternoon programme.
What Event Square delivered
The event combined a puppet performance, cookies and gingerbread, Santa, a photo station, DJ and festive food stalls. Outdoor infrastructure included a 20 × 10 metre stretch tent and supporting event power, with the indoor and outdoor programme coordinated as one guest journey.
Event flow
The programme moved from children’s entertainment into festive activities before the Santa experience, helping manage the movement of a large family audience through different parts of the venue.
