The brief
Turn a corporate BBQ into an interactive country-themed experience, using short activities that guests could discover throughout the event.
What Event Square delivered
Event Square designed a multi-station experience inspired by countries including Ireland, India, the UK, Poland, Italy, Spain, France, the USA, Brazil, Germany, Russia and Canada. Activities included pétanque, cornhole, cactus ring toss, welly wanging, football skills, Royal Guard toss, Puc Fada, sheaf toss and horseshoes.
How guests took part
The stations were designed around a passport-style journey, encouraging guests to circulate through the event and collect stamps as they completed different challenges.
The result
A bespoke event format that turned the venue into an interactive journey rather than a collection of disconnected games.
