Pfizer Belmont Team Event
Pfizer Team Event | Belmont Demesne | Pharma Corporate Event
The brief
Create a corporate team experience for Pfizer that made good use of Belmont Demesne and gave colleagues a structured but enjoyable way to work together outside the workplace.
The event needed to make the outdoor setting part of the experience rather than simply using the venue as a backdrop.
What Event Square delivered
Event Square delivered a facilitated team event at Belmont Demesne using the outdoor setting and practical team challenges to create shared activity, interaction and informal collaboration.
The programme combined event facilitation with the flexibility of a dedicated outdoor venue, allowing the group to spend meaningful time together away from the normal work environment.
The setting
Belmont’s mix of open space, woodland and event facilities makes it well suited to corporate programmes that need room for movement, multiple activity zones and a strong sense of escape from the office.
A fixed venue also makes it easier to keep briefing, activities and social time connected within one overall event plan.
Why this format works for a corporate team
Outdoor team events can create a useful change of pace for colleagues who normally work in offices, meetings or digital environments.
Practical challenges give participants something immediate to solve together. Different tasks can bring out planning, communication, decision-making and collaboration without turning the event into a classroom session.
The activity mix should still be selected around the real group. Fitness, mobility, confidence and accessibility all matter when planning an inclusive team experience.
Client feedback
Following the event, the client thanked the Event Square team for the successful delivery.
The result
A professionally delivered pharma team event combining outdoor activity, team interaction and the flexibility of a dedicated corporate venue.
The case study also shows how Belmont can be used as a base for a structured corporate team day rather than a single standalone activity.
