TY Teambuilding

Our mobile TY Teambuilding School Days offer the complete package to both Primary Schools and Secondary Schools but is particularly useful for TY students. This external support for experiential learning outside the classroom uses either school halls, sports hall, playground or fields. The experience encourages team participation by helping students focus on important skills such as planning, communication, working together and perseverance…..to name but a few. When developed with the right help, this helps students achieve more, not just in school, but life outside of the classroom and beyond into the future workplace.

How does the TY Teambuilding Challenge work?

Teams compete in 6-8 bespoke teambuilding challenge zones before completing a fun group finale event. Each event lasts 3 hours.
