The brief: make the movements and experiences work together.

Guests were travelling on different flights and dates, staying first in Dublin and then moving to a Wicklow hotel before returning to Dublin Airport. The wider programme included outdoor activity time and a final Dublin city experience.

Flight schedules

Arrival and departure information consolidated into a working movement plan.

Transfers & coaches

Shared transfer groupings and main group movements considered around destinations, pickup requirements and hotel changes.

Hotel & activity timing

Check-in windows, experience options and final-day city time shaped around the onward travel plan.

Planning & delivery

How the programme was shaped

Transport planning

Match options to the guest movements

Airport-to-Dublin and airport-to-Wicklow chauffeur/minivan options were sourced where needed. Shared vehicles, separate flights and hotel movements were reviewed so likely disruption points were visible.

Programme design

Start with where the group needs to be

Wicklow activities were considered around the hotel stay. A Dublin city experience was explored for the final morning so guests could remain close to onward airport transfers.
