The brief
Create a large-scale summer family event for DAA employees and their families, with enough variety for a mixed-age audience and a smooth guest experience across a busy four-hour programme.
What Event Square delivered
Event Square coordinated the activity programme, inflatables, entertainment, supplier timings, catering logistics, staffing, event infrastructure and on-site operations. The event was planned around multiple activity zones so families could move naturally through the site rather than relying on one central attraction.
Operational detail
Set-up took place in advance, with supplier access and collection managed around the live event. Catering included vegetarian and vegan options, allergens were displayed, and the event plan accounted for a severe nut allergy. Waste streams and supplier arrival windows were also coordinated as part of the operational plan.

A broad, high-capacity family day designed to keep adults and children engaged while maintaining clear operations across entertainment, activities and catering.
