What Event Square delivered
Graduate Grow combined facilitated development sessions with experiential team challenges. The programme was designed to make learning active: participants worked through practical tasks, reviewed their approach and connected the experience back to collaboration, communication and team dynamics.
Why the format works
The combination of structured learning and practical challenge gives graduate groups something concrete to discuss. Rather than relying only on presentation content, the programme creates shared experiences that can be explored during facilitated reflection.
