Explore Dún Laoghaire on foot in a low-tech team challenge built around observation, local landmarks, problem solving and friendly competition. Teams work through a series of zones around the harbour and town, solving clues and collecting answers before cracking the final code.
How does the Dún Laoghaire Treasure Hunt work?
After a team briefing, groups set off with their clue booklet, map and challenge materials. The route is designed around Dún Laoghaire’s harbour, parks, streets and maritime landmarks, with teams completing a mixture of visual clues, local-history questions, riddles and collaborative tasks.
The format is intentionally screen-light: the emphasis is on talking, observing, navigating and solving challenges together rather than following an app or spending the event on a phone.
