Depending on the brief, Event Square can help with venue sourcing, event planning, activity design, equipment, facilitators, operational staffing and coordination with venue or catering partners. For outdoor events, we can also plan indoor or weather-contingency alternatives where the venue allows.
For larger groups, we usually recommend a programme that spreads participants across several activity zones and brings everyone back together for a shared finale. For smaller teams, the event can be more focused and collaborative.
